We are direct to the Mandate with authority to present offers as received by the mandate directly from the supplier. All of our correspondences/offers are direct from the Supplier. We are responsible for vetting (screening) potential buyers for the Mandate to ensure that all preliminary details have been worked out prior to supplier involvement. The Mandate utilizes our services to filter the high volume of inquiries received on a daily basis. This helps to keep the Supplier from being inundated with random questions from "not-so-serious" Buyers.
In other instances, RITA works directly with the end supplier, with full authority to negotiate on their behalf. However, please be advised that all terms, procedures and conditions expressed by RITA in these negotiations are those of the end supplier. Our efforts to ensure that supplier offers are updated and current, is an on-going process.
